*Shoutout to our incredible Plant Efficiencies Team!*

Behind the scenes at Greencroft Bottling, our teams work tirelessly to keep operations running smoothly. A huge thank you to Jason Hurst and Greg Dawson and the team for their outstanding work in creating new shadow boards for change parts on Line H in our new Greencroft Two building.

This new €3million counter-pressure line, capable of filling 18,000 bottles per hour, went live last year and these shadow boards enhance efficiency, organisation and standardisation – all while being a cost-effective solution.

How it came together:
✅ Klipspringer Ltd manufactured the boards
✅ The GBC team stripped, measured and sent profiles for shadow application
✅ GBC Engineering welded and assembled the frames
✅ Jason and Greg designed, 3D printed and assembled the colour-coded supports

A fantastic example of 5S workplace organisation in action – well done, team!
