We have had a few recent enquiries about Whirlpool's product recall. Our customers can check whether their machine is one of those affected by calling 0800 316 1442 or by visiting https://washingmachinerecall.whirlpool.co.uk. Unfortunately it would be Whirlpool that would need to be contacted to get this sorted as the guarantee on our machines comes directly from the manufacturer. Thanks
