“Working in an estate agency office? Must be nice just answering phones all day.” 🙃

Absolutely. In between being a therapist, marriage counsellor, detective, weather forecaster and unpaid project manager.

We also predict completion dates using information nobody has, explain that your furniture isn’t included, and somehow get blamed for the solicitor being on holiday. 🔮😂

But yes… just answering phones. Occasionally we mix things up and send an email.
