What a month it's been.

From completing FREC 3 training, to seeing core team members progress into Close Protection roles, with BDO training now underway, it's been a busy period both on and off the ground.

We've supported BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend, and I was fortunate enough to be invited into a core operational team at Glastonbudget Festival, gaining valuable insight into how different events are planned and delivered.

On Friday, I also had the opportunity to attend Orangebox Training Solutions and speak with new SIA trainees who are just beginning their journey into the security industry. It was a chance to share some experiences from the field and hopefully offer a few pointers for the road ahead.

Training, development, networking and operational experience all play a part in building a stronger team.

Looking forward to seeing what the next few months bring.

Admin cleared.
New operatives, onboarding started.

All before heading out the door for a client meeting and a networking event.

🚨 Applications Re-Opened – Arden Security Group 🚨

With summer approaching and more events coming up, I’m reopening applications for SIA-licensed Door Supervisors and CCTV Operatives to join the Arden Security Group deployment pool.

We currently have weekly deployments running, alongside event work throughout the year, and I’m continuing to build a reliable team of professional operatives.

Requirements:
• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or CCTV licence
• Up-to-date ACT (Action Counter Terrorism) training
• Professional, reliable and good communication
• Honour the shifts you commit to

Great to be invited along to a local Job Fair today to represent Arden Security Group and speak with people interested in working within the security industry.

It was brilliant to be standing alongside organisations like Orangebox Training Solutions Limited Believe Housing Limited , and Spire Health, all offering different opportunities and support for people looking to move forward in their careers.

For us, it’s always about connecting with the right people, answering questions about the industry, and helping SIA licence holders and those looking to enter the sector understand what opportunities are out there.

Thanks to everyone who came over for a chat today — and to the organisers for putting the event together.
