Interesting to see that the apparent decision to scrap the TV license from 2027 has again raised the question of a possible "broadband tax", as more and more of us rely on streaming for TV consumption. An extra £13.50 per month has been suggested.

Last November Openreach published the next areas to get access to full fibre broadband (FTTP). These included areas such as East Kilbride, Carluke, Irvine & Greenock.
