Today, we’re over 50 co-owners, working together across the UK.

If you’ve seen our hiring posts a few times lately… no, you’re not imagining it! We’ve been doing a lot of it - and we’re still going.

Right now, we’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join us.

This role is all about helping us stay connected with the people who matter to us - thinking carefully about how we show up across the full journey, from first interaction through to long-term relationships. It’s part strategy, part hands-on delivery, and all about making communication feel timely, relevant and genuinely useful.

Tomorrow we say goodbye to Jade!
 
Jade has been a part of for the last six years, and she’s had a real impact in that time. She’s built her craft and helped shape how we work as a company - always full of ideas and pushing us to be better.

For the last four years she’s been embedded with our client Toca Boca as part of their Growth team - a way of working with our clients that we really believe in, and one she’s helped bring to life day-to-day.
 
It’s a moment where we’re sad to see someone leave, but really proud of what they’ve achieved and excited to see what’s next for them.

Earth Day can sometimes feel like it calls for big statements. But often it’s the smaller, consistent choices that make a difference.
 
For us, that looks like working remotely where we can and reducing unnecessary travel. It shows up in how we help clients release with less QA waste - cutting down duplication, tightening test cycles, and focusing effort where it really adds value.
 
Outside of delivery, it’s the choices we make - taking part in local environmental volunteering and clean-up efforts, being more deliberate about the suppliers we work with, and when we launched our new site, making considered technical decisions to improve its sustainability.
 
None of it is perfect. And we don’t always get it right.
 
But better choices, made consistently, add up. 🌍

Say hi to our newest co-owners!

When we’re recruiting, we’re not looking for one type of background or a single route into tech. It’s more about curiosity, potential, and people who care about doing things well.

And, that’s very much the case with Natalie , Oli, Rebecca and Natalia.

Oli joins us straight from university as a computer science graduate. Rebecca is trusting us with her career change into QA. Natalia brings experience from customer service to a more client-focused role, and Natalie joins us with a background in QA but steps into a new challenge in pe*******on testing.

Different starting points, the same thing in common. They’re all here to learn, contribute, and help create better software.

We’ve been taking a closer look at how we hire at Zoonou - and how it actually feels for candidates.

A while back, we went through Great Place to Work. It gave us a useful snapshot of how people were feeling at the time, but we’ve found that one-off surveys don’t always reflect what candidates actually want to understand when they’re considering a role.

Things like:

- Are they family friendly?
- What does the hiring process feel like?
- Does what’s said match reality?

So we’ve been making some changes - from the job boards we use, to creating a more inclusive and transparent hiring process.

As part of that, we’re now verified.

For us, this is about giving people a clearer, more honest view of what it’s really like to work here - and making sure that matches the reality.
