Iâve been wrestling with a life decision recently... ping ponging back and forth trying the think my way to certainty.
I keep having more conversations, searching for reassurance, rehearsing every possible outcome.
But this constant thinking stopped being useful quite some time ago.
I think clarity is a bit like tea (I would!)... it canât be rushed. It steeps in its own time.
Often, youâll know the answer when you stop trying to force a decision.
So if youâre grappling with a decision right now, sit with your tea and ponder what would you choose if you didnât have to explain it to anyone.
Notice how that feels. Relief can tell you a lot.
And once youâve made the decision, stop revisiting it. Protect your energy and use it to move forward instead.
Maybe the pause is part of the answer...
