The internal conflict between the ‘good girl’ & the woman who enjoys her s/xual expression is one that rears its head time & time again in my client work. Your ability to challenge s/xual conditioning & gendered stereotypes will undoubtedly impact your ability to enjoy your body.

Lets dive in 🏊

Ohhhh we are so back baby! 🫦

What happens in our minds can be just as revealing as what happens in our bodies. This edition of Pleasure Club explores the world of erotica, s**t, & fantasy; not to judge what’s “normal,” but to get curious about what turns us on, why fantasy matters, & how imagination can deepen our understanding of pleasure.

Together we’ll explore questions like:
💭Why are fantasies often different from what we want in real life?
🔥What makes a piece of erot/ca genuinely hot?
💦 How do stories, language, & anticipation create arousa/?
🫀What can our fantasies teach us about our desires, boundaries, & emotional needs?

Expect a fun, inclusive & shame-free space with guided discussions, playful exercises, short readings, & opportunities for reflection. Sharing is always optional. Whether you’re a devoted s**t reader or simply curious about the role fantasy plays in sxuality, you’re welcome.

No previous experience or reading list required. Just bring your fine self, an open mind & your curiosity.

Tickets include a drink on arrival (af or alcoholic) & charcuterie snacks. Dietary requirements can be catered to upon completion of the form when booking. Available via my booking site x

Huge thanks to everyone who came out for the first uncensored event ⛓️

It was a joy as always to speak with Serve Pamela & to learn more about her work as a pro domme, what k i n k means to her & how it can inspire us all, the k/nky & vanilla alike! We had a brilliant crowd who brought great questions, prompting discussion about the crossover between sx work & neurodivergence, the complexity of male desire & what emotional skills come in handy for navigating power dynamics. What a delicious way to spend a Wednesday evening.

As always, a big theme from the evening was the collective wish that we had more opportunities to share spaces like this. I often find myself seething with jealously while perusing what sx positive events are happening in London, so I’m taking Pamela’s advice & letting that jealously be a motivator. We can’t let the English have it all now, can we? 🤭
We all have the opportunity to contribute to a better s/xual culture so get out there & support your local s/xy educators! If you want the tide to change let it be known, we’re stronger & sexier together 💋

Let’s keep this party going; if you work, engage with or play & exist in a ‘taboo’ area I would love to hear from you 🫀

I can’t gush enough about shop.withnoname & its wonderful inhabitants. Make sure to check them out to follow along with what the get up to 👏🏻

Extra thanks to the fabulous Lynds for the chair hire - it takes a village! 🫂

Is parentification influencing your experience of intimacy?

During part 2 of Neuroaffective Touch™️ training last week, relational somatic psychotherapist Sue Bell delivered a session on parentification in regards to developmental trauma. As she spoke to what parentification overshadows - curiosity, play, healthy dependency, exploration, delight, protest, receiving- I immediately recognised that these are all vital ingredients for a healthy & fulfilling s/x life & are skills I support people to develop in session based work.

What we experience throughout various stages of development can impact how we are in adulthood. If you recognise yourself in these slides, know that you can adapt again. Your body can reorganise itself around nurturing relational experiences. We are essentially all made out of clay, with the potential to be reshaped again & again & again.

NATouch is the most relational work I’ve ever participated in, it’s beautiful. I am excited to start offering it as a trainee under supervision. My books are open for new client consultations & I am excited to announce that I offer this work to everyone, regardless of gender. Yes, men, this includes you! Presenting Laid Bare 002 🫀

Wine, tarot, & sxuality are deeply beguiling practices that invite us to engage our senses & open up to connection. Yet so often they are subjected to societal suppression or relegated to a taboo “other.” Laid Bare 002 will explore their intersection, calling on tarot archetypes, both maligned & revered, to illuminate the ways in which indulging can be a reclamation of power & intuition.

Come as you are to on Saturday 17th October to protest the confines of social norms as we explore how female sxuality has been weaponised historically, just as witchcraft has been persecuted. Our chefs .dip_ have curated a menu that showcases seasonal autumnal goods which we will enjoy alongside wines expertly chosen by the Wine Witch

Siobhan weaves the inherent eroticism of tarot with the rich sensuality of chosen wines, taking you on a journey to connect with the cards.

Laid Bare explores the relationship between physical bareness & emotional vulnerability & depth of connection. Attendees will arrive to the venue & will be guided to a private changing space to undress to lingerie of their choice, with an invitation to play with the theme of your astrological sign 🦂

Tickets are £120 & include all food & drink (alcoholic & non-alcoholic options available) & a goodie bag. Reserve your spot via my booking system with 50% deposit or get in touch directly to arrange a more flexible payment plan.

*please note we will be sat on floor cushions, this may affect accessibility*

😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

Head. Is. Fried.

I spend my days inviting - sometimes challenging - people to become the expert of their own sxual experiences. It feels like on social media age old cultural sxual scripts are being repackaged & redistributed as ‘liberation’ or ‘ecstatic sx’

You are the best sxpert you could ever know! You get to choose what your best sx is & it isn’t better, or worse, than anyone else’s. Sxual hierarchies are a buzzkill. There is no ‘good’ script; scripts naturally lend themselves to performance. You’re reading from a sheet you didn’t write. Doesn’t sound great, does it?

What if intimacy was something you could practice?

Many of us were never taught how to communicate desire, set boundaries, ask for what we want, or receive connection with confidence.

IntimacyLab is a space for women to explore communication, consent, boundaries, touch awareness, desire, pleasure & connection. Through guided exercises & facilitated discussion, we create opportunities to experiment, learn, & grow in a supportive environment.

This has been requested by many clients who are keen to put newly learned skills into practice & to connect with others hoping to do the same. IntimacyLab is a non-structured event which will be led intuitively by the needs & interests of each group.

Held in my studio, Causewayside Edinburgh. This will be a semi-regular practice space with the first being held on Monday 3rd August at 7:15pm. Reserve your space for £25 via the system.

*No prior experience is required. Participation is always optional & everyone is encouraged to engage at their own pace. This is an educational & experiential space, not a dating or s/xual activity event. Not a replacement for 1:1 therapy.
