Tushar Arun Gandhi is a renowned Indian author, speaker, and socio-political activist dedicated to preserving and promoting the legacy of Mahatma Gandhi. As the great-grandson of the Father of the Nation, he has emerged as a strong voice for peace, nonviolence, communal harmony, and social justice.
Tushar Gandhi has devoted his life to spreading Gandhian values in contemporary society. Through his writings, public lectures, and social initiatives, he continues to inspire people across the world with messages of truth, compassion, and humanity.
He is the founder of the Mahatma Gandhi Foundation and has actively participated in several campaigns advocating human rights, secularism, and nonviolent conflict resolution. In 2005, he led the historic re-enactment of the Gandi Salt March to commemorate the 75th anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi’s iconic movement against British rule.
