Many people, especially ADHD and neurodivergent professionals, experience a significant dip in energy, focus, and executive function during this window.

To support this, I’ve created The Afternoon Slump Club: a twice-weekly virtual co-working space designed specifically for the 1–3 pm dip.

Wednesdays & Thursdays • 1–3 pm GMT

A calm, structured environment with guided focus blocks and zero pressure.
