Today is Qualification Scotland Results Day and for many young people it’s a day filled with excitement, nerves and big decisions.

As part of , some of the team at Rewards Training have shared their own career journeys to show that success doesn’t follow just one route. Whether you go to university, start an apprenticeship, head straight into work, or take time to figure out what’s right for you, every path is different.
