Elementary Food Hygiene (Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland)(REHIS) offered to groups of 10-15.
Delivery is over six hours with a certificate from REHIS to successful candidates. Refresher course should be done every 3 years to satisfy legal requirements.

Now offering the Elementary Food and Health Course (Royal Environmental Health certificated).
This course is designed to provide nutritional and health information to people who are catering or caring for others. This may include community groups, caterers and schools. Anyone who influences what we eat. It is hoped that the course will support the work to implement the Scottish Diet Plan.
The course delivery is over six hours with a multiple choice question paper at the end.
