So this is happening next week…
I’m honoured to work on this (free!) pop-up session with GameShift on a top that is so close to my heart.
Forgive me… the next bit’s cut & paste from elsewhere & is a bit salesy… but sign up & share with anyone you think would be interested…
I’m running a “no one will show” fear that’s really rather curious….
What you will get from the session:
- Some techniques to help you develop a writing practice
- Experience of a couple of free-writing sessions, designed specifically to support your sense of wellbeing by connecting you to confidence and creativity.
- Time to slow down, reflect and feel good
The session is developed in line with mind/body evidence that moving the mind to focus on and write about memories and states of positive thinking increases our wellbeing and positive mindset (See Martin Seligman’s Learned Optimism practices or James W Pennebaker’s work on the relationship between expressive writing and healing).
I hope you leave with positive practices and a sense of a great start to the weekend.
You don't need to be skilled or confident writer, nor will you be asked to share anything you have written... bring a cuppa, something to write with and offer yourself some time.
