Another office gets a Honeywell Evohome upgrade. 56 radiator controllers, 10 thermostats and 2 central controllers.

Recently completed small commercial boiler room upgrade project.
We have removed some old floor standing boilers that served over 30 years with no heating controls on the system, and brought the boiler room up to today's standards.
Intergas boilers and Honeywell controls worked well together once again. One boiler is set up to domestic hot water priority, the other one serves the central heating full time, both of them weather compensated. The radiators are individually controlled by a Honeywell Evohome system.

Another Evohome system installed, this time on an 11 radiator heating system. Zoned heating is the way forward, don't heat a room if it doesn't get used!

We have just handed over a nice project. An impressive West End townhouse got fully refurbished by Beckett & Beckett, and Blue Dot Heating Services ltd as subcontractors on the heating and plumbing side.

We have fitted a new bathroom, a wetroom, and a central heating system with 23 Apollo Roma radiators, fully controlled by a Honeywell Evohome system with OpenTherm relay. The most important novelty of the job is the domestic hot water priority control.

The Intergas 40kW system boiler allows us to heat the 250l Megaflo cylinder quickly as soon as the water temperature drops. When the cylinder is back at the required temperature, the central heating switches back on with OpenTherm controls, allowing the boiler to run it at lower temperatures, saving as much gas as possible.

Certainly the best way to control a system with stored hot water and a gas boiler.
