J K Business Services Limited provides a full range of business services for a wide variety of self-employed workers and small to medium sized business. We are highly experienced in the field of administration, human resources, general bookkeeping and general business services. We are now looking to recruit a part-time/full-time Bookkeeper and a Data Processor. to join our fun and social team! The hours will be flexible with the salary to be based on experience.
🌟 Key Responsibilities 🌟
Inputting Sales and Purchase invoices via Sage Accounts 50, Xero, and Quickbooks
Processing Bank Reconciliations
Processing VAT Returns
Running weekly and monthly payrolls via Sage Payroll 50
Production of P&L, monthly comparison, and cash flow reports
Purchase and supplier payments
Production and maintenance of client's holiday charts
Year-end reporting
Credit Control
🌟 Key Attributes 🌟
Must be competent with Microsoft Packages i.e. Word, Excel
Experience with Xero is essential
Experience with Sage and Quickbooks is desirable
Excellent communication skills be it written or verbal
Must have flexibility in terms of work
Have good attention to detail and organisational skills and be able to prioritise work and manage time in order to meet deadlines
