The Wash House The Wash House Community Centre is for all who live in Portobello regardless of Age, Sex, Religion or Ethnicity. We welcome community bookings for our venue.

The Wash House, also known as Portobello Community Centre is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) regulated by the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) Charity number SC051735 Please note we are a voluntary management committee and are doing our best to respond to requests as soon as we can , but sometimes delays are inevitable ! Exciting times at The Wash House…we’re temporarily closing down at the end of the week for refurbishment of all the toilets, installation of new windows and the replacement of all the flat roofs.
