We are excited to have Jo Douglas from as our next spotlight session speaker ✨

Jo is a qualified nutritional therapist specialising in women’s health. She supports busy women in improving their energy, hormone balance, and overall wellbeing through practical, sustainable nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

Jo helps her clients make realistic changes that fit into everyday life. She works with a wide range of concerns including gut health, PMS, fatigue, stress, menopause support and pre-conception nutrition.

Yesterday was our last session before a short break and what a lovely group of women to spend it with.

There was so much networking in action and, from some really lovely conversations, it was clear that so many were in the right room at the right time. The person they were hoping to speak to was often only a few steps away.

I love everything we have created with She Means Business and the safe space and endless opportunities it continues to offer.
