Last week, our second cohort of Senior Leaders came together at to kick off their Resilient Leaders, Sustainable Organisations programme, delivered through our consultancy services. 🌿

Over two days, the group took a step back from the day-to-day to connect with one another, reflect on their leadership journeys and explore what resilience and sustainability look like for them and their organisations.

Over the coming months, they’ll continue learning and sharing experiences, building practical tools and strategies to help them navigate the challenges of leading organisations that are creating positive change in communities across the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

We’re looking forward to seeing what they learn, share and put into practice along the way!
