Usually on a Sunday we’re shouting out other brilliant businesses and business people… but today, we’re celebrating us! 🥂

Two years of building a specialist consultancy, training & design business, alongside leadership, professional and personal coaching.

Two years of putting people at the heart of creative solutions, drawing on 20+ years of experience across trauma and wellbeing services, employment, education, housing and third-sector leadership.

We’ve worked with people and organisations across the UK, much of it quietly and discreetly, behind the scenes.

We know how to do a lot with a little, think differently and make things happen.

💛 Two years. Countless conversations. Lots of learning. Real impact. And we’re only just getting started.

Today is International Coffee Day!
This year’s theme is “Coffee is Part of the Solution” and here at DKC Designing Solutions, we couldn’t agree more!

We spend our days helping organisations solve problems through consultancy, leadership coaching, training and design. Sometimes, the best solutions start with a good conversation… and a very good coffee. ☕

So today, a special shout-out to the Cosy Tea Room Linlithgow our coffee (and cake!) supplier, and a business we’ve also had the pleasure of working with.

Some call Chez Jules a hidden gem... we’re not so sure about the hidden part! Every time we’ve been, it’s been packed. And for very good reason.

The lunch menu deal has been unchanged for several years, and honestly, why would you mess with something this good?

It’s that time again!... We’re switching off the devices, stepping away from work and swapping the workwear & glasses for bikinis & snorkel masks! 🤿🍹☀️
