Fabulous FREE employability support for 18 to 24-year-olds!

Having worked with Stuart and seen him in action delivering courses, I couldn’t recommend him, his courses, and the fantastic resources available through SDM Training Services more highly!

There’s a wealth of useful information and support available on the website, with resources that can benefit people of all ages.

Our Get Work Ready (GWR) programme is FREE and designed to support young people aged 18–24 to build the confidence, skills and foundations they need to move towards meaningful employment.

Quiet online… but definitely not underground! 🦇
Last week, for one week only, people had the chance to visit Gaping Gill, the magical cave that D explored earlier this year.
So, given how quiet things have been around here lately, you might be forgiven for wondering whether we’d gone back… and decided to stay underground! 😂
I can reassure you, we are not living in a cave!
Whilst things have been quiet on our own socials, we’ve been anything but quiet in real life. We’ve been busy supporting individuals and organisations, helping people identify what they want to achieve and, importantly, work out how to get there.
And now that the schools are back, lots of people are settling into new routines, getting back into the swing of things and finding their rhythm again.
We’re looking forward to a little change of pace ourselves next month, when we’ll be swapping caves for sunshine and heading off for a much anticipated break.
So, no need to send a rescue team! We’re here, we’re busy, and thankfully, still above ground! 😂

This week's Sunday Shout-out goes to All Strong, a fantastic organisation in Perth.

All Strong delivers a range of gym-based, creative and support activities for local groups and the wider community, helping people improve and manage their mental health and overall wellbeing.

We met Andy on a leadership course a few years ago and knew his passion and approach would make a real difference. Seeing the impact All Strong is having across the community has been incredible!
