I had the great honour of attending the Scottish Institute for Management Studies Seminar on Emotional Engagement for Leaders on 6th May in the Royal Scots Club, Edinburgh. This was delivered very powerfully by Dr Marcia Reynolds, one of the Institutes world class Faculty members, who is delivering Seminars across 13 of the IMS global regions.
Far too many take-away learning points for me to detail here but happy to talk through the content of the day to anyone that is interested.
