Consultants look at all aspects of design as well as the impact on an interior and targeted market. Our services flow through from conception to completion and we match the requirements with our clients to ensure a complete design concept. Initial stage is a site meeting with a Ardor design consultant, this is to identify requirements, vision and detailed brief. All projects are submitted with a proposal and initiation of design is with a mobilisation fee. Concept design: hand drawn perspectives, initial concept including colours, style, and theme.
3D visuals: CAD on a walkthrough of the completed design. CAD Floor Plans & Elevations: This includes plans for all trades, these will be provides prior to construction. Including electrical, construction, joinery. Project management: TBC
Sourcing of product: On site meetings to monitor the progression of the development are incorporated in costing as well as sourcing and pricing of products.
