So my oldest bestie has been reminiscing about an old fashioned bake she said was called Chinese chew apparently we used to have it Sunday teatime at my grandmas beep beep years ago🙈 … I can’t recall it not even the name, I’ve googled it got a recipe, made it, yes it very much resembles something my gran would have made and my friend was more than happy ….. bake someone happy 🥰
