A massive thank you to all my team of carers 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 granting Nanny San's last wish to pass away in the comfort of her own home. The care, kindness and compassion you have all shown to her and us as a family, will never be forgotten. We as a family could not of carried out this wish without you ladies or the support of the district nurses, Mel McCoy . As a family we are eternally grateful to you all.
