Unfortunately this washing machine was condemned as the concrete weight had worked loose and snapped a chunk off of the tub.

The whole drum assembly would need to be replaced making it an uneconomical repair.

If an earlier diagnosis had been able to be made it would have been a cheap and simple repair.
