Went to fit a liner after the chimney stack had been rebuilt due to lightning strick.cctv check found that the builders had not only rebuild the stack and fitted a new chimney pot but had also closed off the chimney! Once the slate had been broken we got the liner fitted and sti e reconnected.

Replaced this chimney pot. The old one had cracked and was leaning ready to fall. A lane runs below it! Removed the pot to make it safe and returned to fit it once the temperature was up a bit!

Part 2 nest removal, controlling the emptying off the fire place. Had to stop recording as I needed both hands, so no part 3

After nest was removed. Room was all ready for the family at Christmas.

Nest removal. It's so important to do things right. Use the proper tools and get a qualified person in. This nest was removed under control. Hoover used to prevent debris falling or spilling into the room when bagging up the nest.

Several chimneys that are nolonger in use and are being boarded up. After a sweep to remove the soot they are capped to prevent nesting birds and water getting in. Ensuring its vented and properly cleaned will stop problems later on down the line.

Replaced chimney before fitting new stove. Roof Scaffolding onceagain made the job safe and secure to do.
