We’re well into the school holidays and it’s been busy! Lots of fun activities; citrus fruit drinks, purple icing, feeding the duck, trip to the park, scissor practice, and much more!

So much fun was had last week. We burnt off some energy at treetops, and then chilled in the sensory room with some books. We practised hopping; it’s easier on one leg than the other! We managed to climb the tricky ladder at the park! A new achievement for all of the children. AND we had a lovely time at playgroup too ☺️

Trying plate was baby corn. It wasn’t very popular 😂. One child tried it, but wasn’t keen!

The children have been using their fine motor and problem solving skills to tighten and loosen different bolts, put beads onto the branches and make repeating patterns. We’ve been ladybird spotting at playgroup. Painting using water colours, chalking, and cooling down with water play in the garden.

It’s been a hot week 🥵
But we managed to stay cool and have fun.
We focused on oral hygiene; talking about going to the dentist and the importance of brushing our teeth. The children really enjoyed this activity.
