✨ Introducing Anchored Thoughts ✨
Your personal mental health support boxes, designed to help you stabilise your mind and build resilience. We have 2 versions:
1. The original one with quotes and so much more.
2. A faith-focused version, thoughtfully created for those who find comfort, strength and grounding through their beliefs.
Both designs are in the brights design after all we need a bit of colour in our lives! (Other designs will be available as the brand develops.)
Each box is a carefully curated toolkit of wellness resources — packed with practical breathing exercises and grounding prompts, plus hand-picked gifts that engage all five senses. It’s made to help you pause, ease stress, and gently reconnect with the present moment.
These boxes are deeply precious to me, as they come from my own lived experience with mental health challenges. I know firsthand how overwhelming and difficult things can feel, and how much difference having gentle, tangible support can make — which is why every part of this has been created with such care, understanding, and heart.
They also make incredibly thoughtful, meaningful gifts for family and friends — a wonderful way to show you care and support someone you love.
💛 We’re here to give back, too
For every box sold, £5 goes directly to Lifecraft, Cambridgeshire & Peterborough, a vital mental health charity. Plus, £2 from every apparel item we sell is donated to support their life-changing work in the community.
