During the pandemic, we have put strict controls in place to protect both you and our driver:

• Face masks are mandatory for driver and passengers in the vehicle
• Only 2 passengers are advised in a saloon vehicle
• 4 passengers are the maximum advised in our 7-seater and 8-seater vehicles
• No passenger will be permitted to travel in the front of the vehicle
• Vehicles are sanitised between each and every journey, with particular attention paid to any part of the vehicle that will have been touched

Conditions are different at Heathrow Airport too:

Arriving - only arrive at the airport two hours before a European flight and three hours before a long-haul flight

Face masks - anyone over the age of 11 must wear one in the airport - you should bring your own, and you may be asked to lower your mask at security

Restaurants – these are now closed before 5am and after 10pm in line with Government guidelines. If you plan to stop and eat before your flight, check this out before you arrive.

Keep up to date - check your flight is still going ahead before arriving

Wash your hands regularly - as you should be doing anyway

Keep to social distancing - to protect yourself and others

By booking a holiday transfer, your break really does not finish until you get right back to your front door! No more taking a bus to the car park to be walking around to locate your own vehicle.

Your driver will meet you in the airport terminal at a pre-arranged meeting point, carrying a board with your name on. You will also receive a text message, giving you all the drivers details in case you cannot locate them in the airport terminal.

Your chauffeur will assist with your luggage and take you back to your vehicle, and you can sit back and relax until you get to the door.

For added luxury, why not add in our service of collecting you some bread and milk to be ready for you on your arrival back home? Remember those times when all you want is a cup of tea when you get in? Our chauffeurs have it covered!

Like a baby never normally arrives on its due date, flights do not tend to arrive on time! On long haul flights, it is not unusual for flights to arrive up to an hour early, and the last thing you want when you have stepped off your flight is to be waiting for a driver.

With short haul flights, sometimes you are aware of delays before the airlines update the internet. If you are aware of a schedule change or a significant delay, it is always worth a quick call to the taxi company to make them aware.

Regardless of what time your flight arrives, you can guarantee that we will have been monitoring it closely and will be ready and waiting when you arrive.

What is the travel time is one of the most common questions we are asked.

The answer is it depends hugely on where you are travelling from and to and when you are doing it!

For example, a transfer time for a Cambridge to Heathrow taxi can be anything from 1 hour 45 minutes to 3 hours.

Tell us what time you want to arrive and we will do the rest.

How badly do you miss travelling?

Maybe you used to travel regularly for business and you have relished the time you have had to spend with your family - but what places do you miss going too?

I was meant to be going to San Francisco and Las Vegas with my family this year. It was meant to be my honeymoon destination but I ended up in hospital the day after my wedding so never made it.
