This week, our CEO Emma Weaver was in Jersey launching Cynestx Jersey and Support for Court one of our incubator businesses.
Reflecting on this we recognise what people see is the launch.

There have been 12–18 months of conversations, connection, trust and consistency.
This trip was hugely successful, and we were incredibly proud to meet with Clare Woodhouse, Digital Jersey Hub , Jersey Business and Jersey Chamber alongside so many people who are genuinely interested in creating opportunity, supporting business and building a stronger ecosystem.

This isn't about simply putting another location on a map.we are very intentional about who we align with.

Finding the right people, with the right values, at the right time.

Building relationships that can stand the test of time.

That's how Cynestx has grown.

There is always a lot happening behind the scenes that people don't see conversations, strategy, partnerships, ideas and plans that can take months, sometimes years, to come
Never underestimate what can happen when you are prepared to play the long game, stay true to your values and be intentional about the people you bring on the journey.
