Job Title:​ Sales Manager

Reporting To:​ Managing Director


Key responsibilities include:

Identifying and qualifying new business
Initiating sales and arranging meetings
Following up enquiries
Developing relationships with new and prospective customers
Attend trade shows and marketing events as required
Effectively managing a pipeline of sales opportunities
Attending client meetings and deliver presentations to key decision makers
Representing the company to the highest standards

Assist with the management of the business and the development strategy
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

3+ years' experience in a broadly related sales role
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
A driven, tenacious attitude with a passion for sales
Determination and ambition to succeed and ability to operate autonomously
A diligent and organised working style
Knowledge of sales within the building/construction industry is desirable but not essential
Be open to travel as and when required
An individual looking for a long term role in an ambitious company
Ambition to succeed
