Please don't cover your baby with a muslin or blanket.
Covering a pram reduces air circulation, even with 'breathable' material, enabling heat to rise quickly.
Think of a parked vehicle and hot it can get in the sun. Also covering the pram will also reduce your ability to see your baby and spot signs of heat stress

Not just hand holding, not turning up while you are in labour, not popping round to hold the baby, not sitting drinking tea cooing over baby.

As a doula I am part of all of the journey, getting to know birth plans, hopes and wishes. Also getting to know you. On call - in contact - throughout labour - helping with first feeds

Post natally there are so many adjustments and questions, tears and happiness

Im there for all of it.
