Marketni Business Marketing Support

Marketni Business Marketing Support Less vanity. More commercial sense. Marketing support that understands the whole business, not just the campaign. 📍 Epsom, Surrey But we’re not stopping there!

Welcome to Marketni - A brand born from the vision of bridging two worlds: the UK and the Middle East. 🌟 "Marketni" means "Market Me" in Arabic, and that's exactly what we’re here to do - support individuals and businesses in growing by applying proven, common-sense marketing strategies. We’re also creating the first-ever Middle East & UK networking community dedicated to marketing. Founded by Mar

tin Walker, a seasoned marketer with 20 years of industry applied experience working with major companies in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa. While living in these diverse regions, Martin noticed a significant gap in how communities marketed themselves and the issues around being able to position themselves effectively and competitively in their niche markets. There are undeniable challenges for companies in the Middle East to expand their marketing reach, locally and internationally, with so much untapped potential waiting to be unleashed. 🌱

We’re bringing small businesses and individuals closer together for the first time, cutting through the noise and misinformation, while fostering an environment where people can connect, grow, and scale their businesses through marketing communities.

You can't pay your rent with likes.

Every day, small businesses chase more views, more followers and more attention.

But attention alone doesn't pay the bills.

Customers do.

Before you post another Reel, spend money on another advert or follow the latest marketing trend, ask yourself one question:

Does my marketing explain why someone should choose my business?

If the answer is no, that should be your starting point.

I help small businesses uncover what makes them different, then build everything else around it.

Because marketing isn't about getting noticed.

It's about giving people a reason to buy.

Small businesses are often sold more than they need: extra pages, monthly services and features that are rarely used.

The result is higher costs without a clearer message or more customers.

At Marketni, I help you understand what will genuinely support your business before anything is built.

Avoid paying for marketing you don't actually need.

People don't see home deliveries leaving a kitchen. They do see a queue outside a bakery. 👇🏻

At Marketni, we think totally different.

If your starting a small business or even a bakery, this is for you.

**A Website Should Not Be the End of the Conversation**

Most companies will build your pages, add your logo and hand over the finished site.

Marketni starts somewhere different.

We look at how the business should position itself, what customers need to see first and how the website can help create real local demand organically.

Imagine you are launching a new independent bakery.

You do not need a complicated website, dozens of pages or expensive delivery technology. You need a clear digital presence that gives local customers a reason to notice you, trust you and visit you.

# # # 1. Lead With Your Three Hero Products

Your homepage should immediately showcase the three products most likely to attract customers in your local area.

These should not be selected because they look good in photographs. They should be based on what customers are already buying, searching for and talking about within your postcode.

Be specific.

Do not overwhelm people with twenty different choices. Make it immediately clear what your bakery wants to become known for.

# # # 2. Make the Owner Part of the Brand

The next section should introduce you.

Stand outside the bakery holding the products you are proud of and explain why you opened the business, what makes your bakery different and what you want to bring to the local community.

People connect with people before they connect with businesses.

Your personal story, photograph and social media links help customers get to know the person behind the counter. You become the face of the brand, not an anonymous logo.

# # # 3. Show What Happens Behind the Scenes

Add a short video showing how the products are made.

Let customers see the preparation, ingredients, skill and care involved. This creates trust and gives people something worth sharing.

The video should then lead customers towards a simple online reservation shop featuring only your ten core products.

✋🏼 Not delivery.

✋🏼 Not a complicated ecommerce system.

🔥 A reservation service.

**Reserve online, collect in-store and receive 15% off.**

The goal is to generate pre-orders while still bringing customers through the door.👇🏻

A busy shop creates curiosity. It builds confidence. It makes passers-by wonder what they are missing.

People do not see home deliveries leaving a kitchen. They do see a queue outside a local bakery.

# # # 4. Use the First Three Months to Build Demand

Run the reservation offer throughout your first quarter.

Use these three months to understand:

* Which products customers reserve most often
* Which days generate the highest demand
* Which promotions bring people back
* What customers would like you to introduce next

Removing delivery costs, platform fees and delivery complaints allows you to focus on service.

You can speak to customers, learn their names, understand their preferences and gradually turn first-time visitors into regulars.

This is your own in-house market research.

The owner should remain visible and present, especially during the early months. Customers often return because of the experience and the people behind the business, not just the product.

# # # 5. Make the Location Impossible to Miss

Your location section should include:

* A clear Google Map
* Your complete address
* Opening hours
* Parking or public transport information
* Food hygiene ratings
* Relevant certificates and accreditations

Local customers should never have to search around the website to work out where you are or when you are open.

# # # 6. Turn Quiet Days Into Marketing Opportunities

The final main section should introduce monthly baking or cooking classes.

Choose the quietest day of the month and run two small sessions:

* One two-hour morning class
* One two-hour afternoon class

This is more than an additional source of income.

It is an in-store takeover.

People passing the bakery will notice the activity. Participants will take photographs, record videos, share the experience and potentially tag the business online.

Instead of constantly creating social media content yourself, you create an experience that encourages customers to create it for you.

That is how local buzz begins.

# # # Finish With a Clear, Professional Footer

The footer should contain the practical information customers and search engines expect:

* Contact details
* Social media links
* Terms and conditions
* Reservation policy
* Allergens and disclaimers
* Certificates and accreditations
* Privacy information

That is the entire launch website.

Six focused sections.

No clutter. No unnecessary pages. No technology added simply to increase the price.

Just a clear customer journey designed to introduce the business, build trust, generate reservations and bring people through the door.

**Marketni does not simply create websites.**

We help businesses understand what they should say, what they should sell, how they should position themselves and how their digital presence can support real-world growth.

The website is not the strategy.

It is the platform that brings the strategy to life.

Hot small business tip 🔥 create your mobile website featuring a product and exaggerate it. Focus on one product and its contents and rotate once per week.

Who doesn’t love chocolate 🍫 ❤️

Apply to any business 👇

Take your best selling product and place on a solid colour using the product tone, focus then on applying another element, to grab the attention, for this example it’s the chocolate dripping down from the header.

Keep it clean, minimum text. 😋
