You’ll play an important role in supporting our Manufacturing Engineering team, driving continuous improvement and helping deliver projects that improve safety, quality, cost and delivery.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:
• Managing engineering and CAPEX projects
• Developing tooling and process improvements
• Supporting root-cause problem solving
• Creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
• 2-5 years’ experience in a similar engineering role
• Experience supervising or leading a team
• HNC in an engineering-related discipline

Across our sites, we're always looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact - from cutting and preventing pollution, to staying on top of our environmental responsibilities, to embedding sustainability into how we operate day to day.

We're ISO 14001 certified across the board, and we're proud that our Alcester and Derby sites have picked up EcoVadis Bronze Medals along the way

But we're not resting on that. We know there's more to do, and we're committed to owning our impact and keeping up the push towards Net Zero.

We’re straight back on the shop floor, with our 4 and 5-axis milling machines already fired up and turning out the complex, tight-tolerance components we’re known for.

Quality isn’t something we add at the end, it’s built in from the start and carried through every stage because in our industry, even the smallest issue can have serious knock-on effects in aerospace or power systems.

That’s why every part is carefully checked, and every tolerance is fully verified using a wide range of inspection equipment like traditional CMMs.

SAS - Scandinavian Airlines orders 18 Airbus A330neo powered by Rolls-Royce plc engines. ✈️

This is a strong move from SAS as they continue upgrading their long-haul fleet, with a clear focus on efficiency, range and lower emissions.

It also reflects a wider shift across aviation - OEMs pushing performance and sustainability together, across both airframes and engines.
