A few weeks ago, I joined Amelia Sordell on The Branded Show

I brought a real business challenge with me

How do I evolve HappySelling beyond 1:1 coaching

Into bigger projects
Strategic GTM support
Outbound training
Partnerships
And higher-value work

Without confusing the audience

Or losing what already works

Amelia’s advice was simple

Build the methodology

Create the menu

Make the offer clearer

Then focus on what actually moves the needle

So I did

I went away and started building HappySelling 3.0

Defined the methodology

Designed the new menu card

Got clearer on the offer

And today

The first Ramp to Revenue deal was signed

Not because everything was perfect

But because the offer became easier to understand

Then this week, Amelia’s newsletter landed

The Branded Show is coming to an end

Which is sad to see, because I’ve genuinely taken so much value from it

But seeing my story mentioned in that final run of emails felt like a proper full-circle moment

Sometimes advice only becomes useful when you stop collecting it

And actually build from it

A new attendee joined Coach On Call this week

I asked how they found us

First, they came across my content on TikTok

Then someone referred them into the Zoom session

Then they turned up and joined the conversation

That is the signal

Content creates awareness

Community creates trust

And when the two start working together, people take action

That was a proud little moment

And honestly

Trying to “trick” them
probably isn’t the long-term answer

One idea we discussed on Coach On Call:

Treat them like visual voicemails

Short
Clear
Relevant

“Helping SDRs book 80% more meetings
Worth a quick chat?”

That’s enough

And if you’ve already emailed or messaged beforehand
there’s familiarity there already

The goal isn’t perfection

It’s curiosity

One week ago, I shared that this time last year my LinkedIn impressions had dropped by 70%

That post was really about one thing

Testing advice against your own data

At the time, one of the suggestions I tested was putting links directly in my posts

I had doubts

But I gave it a go

The numbers dropped

People told me they were barely seeing my posts

So I went back to what had worked before

Clear posts

Useful ideas

Native content

Conversations in the comments

And links only where they made sense

Since then, I’ve kept testing

More video

More repurposed content

More consistency across platforms

Over 300 social and video posts scheduled across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and beyond

And the data is starting to move again

Last week alone:

22,444 impressions

65 comments

222 reactions

The bigger lesson for me is that people rarely find you in one straight line anymore

Someone on a recent Coach On Call session told me they first found me on TikTok

Then connected with me on LinkedIn

Then found Coach On Call through a referral

That’s the real insight

It’s not just about one platform

Or one post

Or one tactic

It’s about showing up consistently enough that people can find you in different places

Different formats

Different moments

Still testing

Still learning

Still building
