🚨Progress update!

We’re making very good progress at the BT Data Centre site in Milton Keynes. All service terminations and asbestos removal is complete and we’re systematically demolishing all three buildings.

Over the coming weeks, we anticipate all remaining structures will be brought down, allowing us to move forward into the next phase of the project - substructure works, including the removal of ground slabs and foundations.

More updates as the project progresses - watch this space. 👀

Another demolition project safely completed! ✅

After being appointed as principal contractor for the demolition phase of an industrial building on Slough Trading Estate at the start of the year, our team has completed the project carrying out a full demobilisation to leave the site in a stable, safe and well managed condition.

Our expert team took full responsibility for site management, safety, and coordination throughout the project including measures to minimise the impact of our work on the surrounding businesses and the environment itself. Handover was completed on schedule in just 10 weeks. Full case study to follow.

It’s full steam ahead at Budds Farm with works progressing well. 🚧

We’ve passed a significant milestone with our 13-ton excavator successfully lowered into the 30m diameter shaft, where excavation is continuing down to a depth of 12 metres.

This marks a key step forward in the programme, which forms part of an infrastructure framework for a valued repeat client, and reflects the precision and coordination involved in delivering complex works safely and efficiently.

The project highlights the importance of careful planning, robust safety measures, and of course the unwavering dedication of our team working on site.

🔥This heatwave had our Collard racers on fire this weekend, cooling off with visits to the podium at Snetterton and Oulton Park.

Rob Collard clinched his first win of the 2026 British GT Championship with a commanding race in Cheshire meanwhile Ricky Collard brought his Hyundai home in second place in the BTCC in Norwich.

Our founder and MD Rob Collard takes to the track in the Barwell Motorsport Lamborghini Huracan at Oulton Park in the British GT Championship, while Ricky is at Snetterton today in the BTCC at Snetterton.
