Care Check is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative / Countersignatory to join our team in Evesham.

If you’re organised, confident, great with people and can keep your cool when things get busy, you could be just who we’re looking for!

You’ll be helping our clients with DBS applications and other pre-employment screening services, speaking with customers by phone, email and chat, and making sure applications keep moving.

🔥 A huge thank you to our Fire & Rescue Services 🚒❤️

With the recent heatwave and the number of fires breaking out across our area, we want to take a moment to recognise the incredible work being carried out by Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service, alongside all the other Fire & Rescue Services and emergency crews working tirelessly to keep our communities safe.

In extreme heat and incredibly challenging conditions, crews are working around the clock tackling fires, protecting homes, businesses, wildlife and our countryside all while putting their own safety on the line.

As a team that is proud to support Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service with their DBS checks, we see just a small part of the work that goes on behind the scenes to support such an important service.

To every firefighter, control room operator, support team member, volunteer and emergency service colleague involved: thank you. 👏

Your dedication, bravery and relentless hard work do not go unnoticed.

We've had a record-breaking year so far at Care Check Ltd - completing more checks, welcoming more registrations, and growing our team more than ever before.

Every single team member plays an important role in our success. From answering customer calls and supporting clients via Live Chat, to setting up accounts, countersigning applications, providing unofficial on-site IT support, and countless other responsibilities behind the scenes, everyone contributes in their own unique way.

One thing that's immediately apparent to anyone who visits our office is our friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We believe this culture has a direct impact on the level of customer care we provide. If you've ever called our office, you may occasionally have heard laughter in the background — and that's something we're proud of.

We work hard to strike the right balance between having a giggle and knowing when it's time to get our heads down and focus. We believe that people do their best work when they enjoy what they do and the environment they're in.
