What an incredible team day at Warwickshire Adventure on Saturday!

We kicked off with some adrenaline-pumping quad biking - where one of us managed to hit three trees in a single ride! 😂 Then, it was onto pistol shooting and rifle shooting, with fierce competition, a hilarious zero score, and plenty of laughs along the way.

The highlight? One employee kept hitting the trees, making sure everyone was in stitches! We were also told we were the worst group they've had - but honestly, that just made the day more memorable and fun.

Great team bonding, lots of laughs, and unforgettable moments. Can’t wait for the next adventure! 🌟🏆🌟

Exceptional Talent Discovery!

We would like to share a great story about our recent hiring experience! Just a couple of weeks ago, we posted a job ad for a Yard Person to join our team. Today, a 19-year-old applicant dropped by our office to introduce himself, discuss his application, and show us why he is the perfect fit for the role.

His passion, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic impressed us from the start. We were blown away by his initiative and confidence. After a tour of our workshops and a chat about the job responsibilities, we made him an offer on the spot!

This experience reminded us of the value of looking beyond just a CV and taking the time to meet with talented individuals who truly embody our company's values. It's a great reminder that sometimes, the best candidates come from unexpected places.
