Join us on Friday 10th July for an evening of great food, great music, and great company in the beautiful surroundings of the Winslade Park estate.

This relaxed summer gathering is the perfect way to finish the working week. Catch up with colleagues, meet fellow tenants, and enjoy a fantastic evening with food, wine, cocktails, and live vinyl DJs providing the soundtrack.

🎧 **Jonathan Richards**

By day, Jonathan works for P1 Investment Services as Head of Fund Sales and Business Development.

Before relocating to Devon, his misspent youth in 1980s London saw him DJing at youth groups, colleges and holding a residency at Queens Ice Rink in Bayswater.

For our Summer Social, Jonathan will be bringing a carefully curated selection of timeless classics played on original 7" and 12" vinyl – guaranteed to resonate across the generations and get your weekend off to the perfect start.

🎧 **Lewis Maddox**

Lewis has spent the last 25 years playing everything from London nightclubs and Ibiza villas to boat parties, weddings, school discos, bars, birthdays, Bar Mitzvahs and even funerals.

His verdict on this latest venue?

We're delighted to introduce our new Summer Menu, featuring fresh seasonal dishes created using locally sourced ingredients and inspired by the best flavours of the season.

Manor Head Chef, Matt Downing, says:

*"We've looked at seasonal classics that all use locally sourced and available ingredients. The new Charcuterie Board has become an instant favourite, along with our Club Sandwich."*

⚾ Ever fancied trying baseball? Here's your chance.

On Saturday 13th June, will be hosting a Women's Day at Winslade Park – a fun, welcoming event open to anyone interested in giving the sport a go.

Whether you're a complete beginner, a sports enthusiast, or simply curious to see what baseball is all about, there'll be taster sessions with experienced coaches, a tournament featuring players from the South West Serpents and Team GB, plus refreshments including a traditional American hot dog cart.

It's a fantastic opportunity to try something new, meet new people, and enjoy a great day at Winslade Park.
