VIP Wedding

This was a great job! Before the marquee installation, the fridges and generators had to be installed and the access was very tight! Working with our events partner we worked very closely with their and the bride's requirements. The ability to update the job and the visuals straight to their dashboard meant nothing was missed and the build and event went without a hitch.

Using marquee tech made the process much easier. Any last-minute adjustments made to the invoice were visible to the client so they never had to check with us if it was added. Clients can see their dashboard at all times for all of the events they have with us. Load lists were very important, due to the nature of the site. We had to ensure the correct kit was in the correct stillages so it came onto the site on time. With no HGV access, we were able to ensure we were always within the correct weight limits. Without Marquee Tech this would have been a lot more difficult.

November saw us turn 10!! We’ve been working with Marqueetech for just over two of these years.

It is hard to believe that when you set out on your journey you never really fully consider what you will be able to achieve but also all of the systems and processes that you will need to implement and change along the journey.

Taking the time to listen and understand what it is they want to create so we can help guide them through this and make supplier recommendations where appropriate.

Kiran & Aidan choose to have an outdoor ceremony, which just happened to be on one of the hottest days of 2022!
They utilised their tipi walkway and chairs to create the aisle for their ceremony, with the Tipis as their backdrop.

When we talk to couples about planning their outdoor wedding, we’re often asked about rain!

However, more recently the conversation has changed to what about the heat!!

What we love about the versatility of the tipis is the ability to open more of the front if needed.

Ask any outdoor structure company and I think we all know the weather before the weather man does!!

introducing Sami Tipi]] who we are handing the Insta Reins over to for 9 whole squares!!

Hello 👋 Jodie here from Sami Tipi]].

Sharing with you one of our first weddings as the lockdown restrictions began to ease back in June 2022.

This was one of the busiest weekends we'd had in 2 years. We had to rope in extra help from family and friends to get through all the builds and takedowns.

We had every piece of kit out as couples were super keen to crack on and celebrate at the earliest date possible.

This included our two young kids (10 & 13 at the time) to help take down 10 glamping tipis.

But what a result, we just love this photo of the tipis and a gorgeous wedding celebration 🍾
