PVM Supplies Ltd are based near Exeter Airport. We are a fun / forward thinking company and are looking for a Full Time Customer Service Account Manager to join our team.


For this role, you will be responsible for managing customers accounts, managing orders and projects from enquiry through to delivery and ongoing support.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts and projects, reporting on service level performance and delivery performance in line with departmental and contractual agreements

• Direct order placing, liaising with customers

• Prepare quotations including negotiating prices in conjunction with senior management

• Liaising with internal departments, communicating customers’ requirements

• Manage relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service

• Manage new client progress to ensure all those involved are kept up to date.

• Manage customer data on our online system



To be successful you will have -

• Strong communication skills with high levels of attention to detail

• Good organisational skills

• Proficiency in the use of computers is a requirement of this role

• Customer service experience

• Excellent communication and negotiation (both spoken and written) with strong analytical skills

• The ability to work under pressure and to timescales

As its National Family Business day today, we have been reminiscing over some of our old snaps. We've been serving Exeter, the South West and beyond as a family run business since 1999.
