Me and leaflets are cursed this January- we have had an awful flu bug that kept me off spreading the Slimming World news about my groups in Exeter, then we had snow and ice and now we have rain and hail stones.

My groups are open no matter the weather though in Heavitree, Pinhoe and Whipton every week so why not use this as your virtual leaflet inviting you to come along and get into your 2026 weight loss success with real foods and real support.

Let me introduce you to Stacey -52 weeks, this week a year ago, 2nd week of January 2023, Stacey walked through the door of my America Hall group in Pinhoe Exeter and what a year she has had.

Stacey is 7 Stone lighter and has enjoyed so many amazing successes, not just weight loss wise along the way. Our groups, Miss Slinky winner, dropped 4 dress sizes and huge health benefits too. In December, Stacey and family went to Disney, and she was able to get onto the rollercoasters with her daughter that before she couldn't.

Stacey says they are so much happier and healthier as a family, have so much more energy and they do it together with favourite meals like sticky chicken on a Saturday and Sunday roasts.
