Maternity cover sought to manage two buildings in Penryn which include 7 artist studios and a four bedroom flat.

We seek a well-organised, self-motivated, friendly, good-communicator for a 9- month contract with flexible working approx. 8 hours per week. August 7th 2020 – May 7th 2021.

Duties include:

Building Management

Recruiting and credit checking new flat tenants
Managing studio rentals
Tracking utility readings
Coordinating maintenance and cleaning contractors
Being on call for emergencies

Admin

Basic bookkeeping
Fielding incoming post and emails
Generating outgoing and paying incoming invoices
Monthly payroll
Skills Required

Must be * proficient with Microsoft Excel and gmail. *Good at clear communication. *Good attention to detail. *Self-motivated. *Have access to your own laptop and mobile phone.

Experience managing property or project management a bonus.

This is a part time role based in Penryn. Approximately 8 hours a week with the possibility of being called to the building in an emergency.

Fixed term 9 month contract £6192 (equivalent £41,000 pro rata)
