I did a thing recently. Those who know me know how much I love cats. I sponsored a cat pod at the local RSPCA. I had the tour of their centre today and met the occupant of my pod, number 17. Her name is Lilly, who went into the centre after having been found abandoned in a house. She is a lovely natured cat and very playful. She must have been well loved once. She is going to be ready for adoption very soon and I hope she finds her hooman and forever home. The fluffy lookalike is our own gorgeous, very sociable fur baby, Sasha, who is forever stealing cuddles, the fire and my pillow. She won’t share her home with another cat and we wouldn’t want to make her. Maybe you can give a home to Lilly? 😻😻

Haven't posted in a long while but have still been busy working away behind the scenes. Have just completed a 3-week temping assignment with a client I have had for the last 8 years.

It's nice to receive compliments like, "Oh, you found that on our system quickly!" And "Oh, the dictation shelves are empty now!"

As a result, another 3 weeks booked up later in the year for the same client.

And then from another client, whose typing workload I have been working on but also managing with outsourced help, "I'm over the moon you're finally working at my pace!"

Then to also receive a new enquiry from a prospective client who lives in Devon and who has written a book of poems and looking for them to be typed up.
