Budget blowouts usually happen because of what’s missing from your quote:

❌ Key items excluded

Got quotes sitting in front of you now? Here are 3 key questions to ask yourself before you go any further...

1️⃣ Do you understand 100% of the wording, terms, and exclusions listed in the quote?
2️⃣ Are you 100% confident every single item you want is explicitly included in the price with nothing missing?
3️⃣ Are you able to compare your quotes line-by-line on an exact, like-for-like basis?

The “expert” advice on this app is getting out of hand. 🤦‍♂️

Telling homeowners to ditch a top-tier builder just because they don’t agree with a specific payment schedule? Terrible advice. A successful build isn’t a power struggle, it’s a partnership.
