BNI Farnborough Jets A community of local business owners who meet every Thursday morning in Farnborough to connect, collaborate and grow through trusted referrals.

BNI Farnborough Jets, based in the heart of Farnborough, Hampshire, provides a structured and supportive business environment in which local business people can meet to network. You will learn valuable marketing skills and develop the strong personal relationships that lead to trust and the subsequent generation of significant referrals for your business. You will have no internal competition as we only allow one business in each business category.

Why is Liv Gilbert of Liv Clean Group looking for plasterers, tilers, hairdressers and a solicitor?

Because every one of those businesses connects to work already moving around this room.

Plastering and tiling jobs finish with a clean. House sales and probate finish with a clean. Liv runs domestic and commercial cleaning, and she sits in a room full of trades who hand work to each other every Thursday. The missing categories are the ones that would close the loop.

Over the last 12 months, members of BNI Farnborough Jets have generated £3 487 057 of business through referrals.
The week we filmed this, the room passed around £70,000.

Of course, like any form of networking, the value you receive depends on the effort you put in and the relationships you build.

Today we give thanks to Debbie for helping point us in the right direction for the last 12 months and thanks to Alyson Roach BNI Hampshire UK for your support.

How quickly the year has passed!

This week, we officially welcomed our new President, Tim Burdett of TBB Design as he takes over the leadership of BNI Farnborough Jets from Debbie of Field Training Services.

Pictured here is Tim accepting the presidents iPad, also known as the meeting box. More than just a piece of technology, it represents the trust, growth, commitment and professional networking that are at the heart of our chapter.

The meeting box plays an important role in our weekly meetings, helping us run efficient and productive sessions, welcome visitors and members, and create opportunities for our local business community to connect and grow together.

A huge thank you goes to our outgoing Leadership Team, Debbie, Ken Prince and Toby Jeto Limited, for their dedication, energy and support over the past 12 months. We would also like to thank every member for their commitment, engagement and encouragement throughout the year.

Together, they have helped make our chapter stronger than ever.

We now look forward to another exciting year under Tim's leadership and can't wait to see what the future holds for BNI Farnborough Jets.

Why is Joel Bird of Clear Insurance Management looking for estate managers, estate agents and property managers?

Because the work is already in the room and there’s currently nobody to hand it to.

Joel insures blocks of flats, so he deals with estate managers constantly. He’s not the only one. There are members here with property work to pass on every week, and it currently leaves the room.

Joel is a chartered insurance broker specialising in commercial insurance, and he’s been a member of BNI Farnborough Jets for eight years. That’s long enough to know what a chapter looks like when a category is filled properly.

Over the last 12 months, members of BNI Farnborough Jets have generated £3 487 057 of business through referrals.

Why is Jonathan Smith of Thorpes Physiotherapy Ltd looking for a Yoga Instructor and a Pilates Instructor?

Because he’s recommending these services every week to his clients, and there’s currently nobody in the room to receive those referrals.

Jonathan regularly encourages his clients to join a yoga or Pilates class as part of their recovery. Right now, those recommendations are going to businesses outside of our BNI Farnborough Jets chapter.

Jonathan runs clinics in Sandhurst and Fleet and as a member of BNI, knows how productive networking is.

BNI Farnborough Jets is now approaching 60 members across trades, professional services and health.

Over the last 12 months, members of BNI Farnborough Jets have generated £3,431,416 of business through referrals.
