A warm one today up on a roof.

Mmm, where is the foundation? Was able to feel the DPM through the cavity, therefore, not lapping with the DPC three courses above.

Intrusive investigation to determine the cause of roof leaks to a block of flats in Surrey. The building was converted into flats in the 1990’s.Dry and wet rot are both present within the roof space beneath.

KPG Associates are celebrating our first year anniversary! It has been an interesting year, with ups and downs, some which can only be put down to experience, but overall more ups and downs. Our client base has been expanding including Commercial Surveyors, Block Managers, RTM's, private landlords and a Parish Council. We have grown from working from my study at home to now having a base at the Aldershot Enterprise Centre.
I would like to thank all those who have supported our first year and I look forward to working with you again in the future.
Here is to a successful new decade.
