A new report has suggested that Tech recycling should be mandatory for all printed circuit boards, lamps, disk drives and components due to rare earth metals that are used in the manufacturing process. Read the full article below.

The CEWaste report said materials such as rare earth metals are frequently thrown away, despite concern over the future supply of the elements.
