“I AM” …. What you say after these two little words shapes your reality.
Become aware of how you use them.
Do you find yourself saying
“I am unlucky”
“I am never on time”
“I would never be able to do what you do” etc etc
Words hold a vibration like everything else is this world, so what vibration are you linking with yourself and your energy?

This pic was snapped at the end of my Reiki level 2 training on Sunday as the rain stopped and a beautiful ray of sunshine shone through the window, surrounding me in a warm glow, which moved through my body. I instinctively raised my hands and relished the feeling.

These were the words I felt in that moment:
“I am warm”
“I am blissful”
“I am worthy”

I invite you to choose some high vibrational words like these the next time you hear yourself say the words
“I AM”

Good morning everyone x

So I completed my Reiki 2 practitioners course in September and I am now practicing on myself and my friends and family. The feed back so far has been mind-blowing and I cannot wait to add this to my other treatments.
I am working on lots of different ways to use this amazing energy healing and I will soon be sharing it with you all.
