Message from a happy customer
"Over the last few months, we have had some very severe wind events. Whilst there was no obvious damage at the time of these peak events something a lot less took down my TV aerial. See the image in the attachments both before and after.

Having dealt with Gerry Bezer on many occasions in the past I asked for his help. It was instant 9 o’clock tomorrow morning be OK? That was yesterday 23rd April, St Georges Day and I was. Getting on t the roof was not easy because my family have installed Solar panels so it took a bit longer than first anticipated but within a reasonable time and at a more than reasonable cost, everything was back up and running perfectly.

And all with a constant smile on his face. Mine too…
A bit of a time overrun made me miss the flag raising at Princes Gardens but such is life and as this was also a significant day for me personally all worked out well in the end.

The point of this message is that if anyone out there in the rest of the area ever has a similar problem or any other problems with any TV be it the actual TV, aerial or Wok on the wall or even cabled TV Gerry Bezer is the guy to contact.

A lovely review from another satisfied customer.
Gerry was recommended to my wife and I by a friend as the person to contact to rectify a sudden loss of TV reception though a Satellite dish, and to remove an unused Aerial. Gerry turned up promptly as agreed even though it was a bank holiday and bad weather. All work was carried out in an efficient and professional manner and the TV reception issue quickly identified and successfully resolved. Gerry was very courteous, friendly and respectful of our home throughout, and all work was completed at a very reasonable cost. I have no hesitation in recommending Gerry to others.

Futurevision was founded in 1994. After 30 years of working in TV retail and repair Gerry the owner was doing more aerial work so branched out on his own and Futurevision was born. Our area of working is based on the local areas of Surrey and Hampshire but we have gone further a field for certain customers who needed specialist installations for which we were recommended as being "the people for the job"
Our focus is on a friendly attitude with good old fashioned customer service and attention to detail. Gerry has been well "house trained" and takes as much care in your home as he would his own. We aim for our work to blend into whatever surrounding it is installed in, aiming to enhance the integrity of older character buildings and new build alike. Attention to detail has led to dishes being painted green to blend in with trees and many other little touches to keep our customers happy.
We also have installed Cinema systems, projection screens, Plasma, LCD etc. if its not mentioned please ask as we probably do it.
Although the majority of our work is in the private home we have also installed many integrated systems for flats and multiple user complexes etc .

Gerry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in resolving a problem that we had with accessing TV signal. He managed to come the morning after we asked for a quote, and identified the issue very quickly and gave us a price for fixing it there and then. He even spent time going through various cables to work out and label the different outputs for future use. He worked efficiently and was very pleasant to have in the house. Cost was very competitive. Highly recommended.
