Welcome Lisa McCabe to the Team!

We are delighted to announce that Lisa McCabe has joined us as Head of HR & Culture. Lisa joined us two weeks ago and has been busy learning the business and how we do things. Over the next couple of weeks, Lisa will focus on getting to know our clients and how she can enhance their service.

Lisa brings with her a strong background in HR management Business Partnering and People Development, with experience across SME, Consultancy and Corporate Environments, including 14 years in Aerospace. She has supported businesses with a wide range of people matters, including employee relations, organisational change, performance management, policy development, onboarding and management coaching.

In her new role, Lisa will lead our HR Advice Line + Admin Service Provision, working closely with our clients to not only provide them with advice but to manage all of their HR foundations, their HR admin, managing new starter onboarding and ensuring a slick and fabulous employee experience for all of their team members.

Lisa’s diligent and pragmatic, yet calm approach makes her a fantastic addition to our team, and we are really excited to have her join our team and to see the benefits she is going to bring.

We knew that people were not attending to look for HR support or to talk about their people problems but with our expertise within the aerospace industry, we could not miss out on the opportunity to not only visit the show, but to exhibit alongside the Farnborough Aerospace Consortium!

We are looking back to what a great week we had and how much we came away with from the show but most importantly, how the valuable conversations we had surrounding what we do and the different service levels we offer - we were able to convince people that they shouldn't be scared of HR!

There are plenty of misconceptions around us HR professionals, however in this current climate due to vast changes to employment law, our support is vital and we are passionate about ensuring SME's feel reassured and aware of what is to come.

If we did not get the chance to discuss this with you at the show, we would still love the opportunity to have a conversation about how we can be there to support you too. In the next couple months, the next changes will be introduced and we want you to be ahead of the curve.

Another incredible day for the team of HR Dept North and South East Hampshire at .

The highlight of Day 3 was certainly the Farnborough Aerospace Consortium members reception which consisted of lovely speeches from Aerobility Charity and Service Dogs UK

Brilliant charities, brilliant people, and a brilliant atmosphere!

We have thoroughly enjoyed all of the time we have spent with the other members this week, however gorgeous Ferris (Service Dogs UK’s Ambassadog) did steal the show today🥰
